SMS and WhatsApp Communications

We use Twilio to send and receive SMS and WhatsApp communications for operational notifications only. These messages may include pickup coordination, driver updates, flight or arrival updates, and service support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS or WhatsApp messages. You may reply HELP for assistance.

Sharing

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing. We may share operational information with service providers, such as Twilio, only as needed to provide transportation communications and related services.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information only as reasonably needed for transportation operations, support, records, and compliance. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we maintain.
