Who Sends the Messages

Done By Elevator operates the Il Calabrese transportation communication program. Done By Elevator may fulfill scheduled rides as an assigned transportation provider for third-party booking platforms, including eLife.

Who Receives the Messages

Messages are sent only to passengers or booking contacts associated with a scheduled transportation service assigned to Done By Elevator. This is a low-volume operational program, not a marketing or promotional program.

How Consent Is Provided

1. The passenger or booking party schedules transportation through eLife and supplies a mobile number as the contact method for the ride.
2. During the booking relationship, eLife discloses that ride information may be delivered by text and that the assigned driver will contact the passenger before travel. The public eLife terms are available at elifelimo.com/terms-and-conditions.
3. If the ride is assigned to Done By Elevator, we use the supplied number only to fulfill that ride and send relevant operational messages. The first SMS identifies the eLife reservation and Done By Elevator / Il Calabrese.

Message Content

Messages may include pickup confirmation, assigned-driver information, airport pickup coordination, flight or arrival updates, and support for the scheduled ride. Message frequency varies by ride activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further SMS. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out applies to messages from Done By Elevator / Il Calabrese and does not cancel the underlying transportation reservation.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
