Transportation Communication Service

Il Calabrese provides operational communication services for scheduled transportation, including pickup coordination, ride updates, driver coordination, flight-related updates when applicable, and support.

Consent to Messages

By providing your phone number or communicating with us, you consent to receive operational SMS and WhatsApp messages related to transportation services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out and Help

You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS or WhatsApp messages. You may reply HELP for assistance.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, dropoff, contact, and travel information. Delays, traffic, flight changes, and other operational conditions may affect service timing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Il Calabrese is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of the communication service or transportation coordination. The service is provided for operational coordination and support.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
